
After graduating from Paris II University and Ensae Paris Tech, Chloé Saurel is working as a doctoral student on energy access in Sub Saharan Africa under the supervision of Ahmed Tritah and Sandra Cavaco; her research focuses on estimating the impact of rural electrification on health and households inequalities.
