Samuel Klebaner is profesor at the University Sorbonne Paris Nord. He did his thesis in economical sciences at the University of Bordeaux, on the strategy of car manufacturers towards pollution standards. After working at the Metalworkers’ Federation, he now focuses on political and economic conflicts within the manufacturing industry, particularly those related to industrial policies and technological change.
