Guy Meunier is a research director at INRAE, deputy director of the Paris Saclay Applied Economics joint research unit, and a professor at the Ecole Polytechnique. His doctoral thesis, carried out at CIRED, focused on incentives to invest in electricity markets.
He has been working on climate policies: the design of emission permit markets, transition dynamics and sectoral policies.
