Le transport collectif à la demande par des véhicules autonomes offre une promesse de solution urbaine de mobilité pour se substituer à un transport public trop rigide face à une demande devenue imprévisible. Une transition pour réaliser cette promesse pourrait s’appuyer sur une politique publique à deux volets exposés dans cet article.
