Depuis deux décennies, la situation internationale est marquée par une dégradation progressive du droit international. Dans ce contexte, le futur est souvent appréhendé à travers une grille de lecture opposant les États-Unis et la Chine. Cependant, cette représentation bipolaire ne suffit pas, à elle seule, à rendre compte de la complexité des dynamiques globales en cours. Il devient donc nécessaire d’explorer différents scénarios de recomposition de l’ordre international.
